Commission Pricing

Miniature Artworks

Miniature Artworks are those that relatively small in size which are normally used as social media profile pictures, icons, stickers, or keychains. Can be printed to acquire physical copies afterwards.

*These are elements in the artwork that are requested during the drawing process.

Large Artworks (Solo)

Large Artworks are those that much larger in size and are normally used for social media posts, covers, banners, schedules, etc. Can be printed to acquire physical copies afterwards. Since these artworks are generally give freedom in customizing the sizes, special sections are included under here.

Terms of Service

The Terms of Service is a must read for any who would like to request for a commission. Should you have any other concerns to be clarified, feel free to contact me through the available and appropriate channels.

1. The request for a commission should abide by the Terms of Service (hereby referred to as 'TOS'). Should the client be unable to do so upon their initial request, the artist will request them to read the TOS and update their request accordingly. Clients who will not abide by the TOS are subject to have their commission requests canceled.2. Allowable commission requests are limited to what has been stated under the Commission Pricing and what the artist has established to be allowed and otherwise (see Table above). Insistence of the latter will result in a decline of the commission request.ON PAYMENT METHOD AND PROCEDURE
3. All payments and transactions are to be done only through GCash until further notice. The account number will only be given upon agreement of the commission request and that full transaction or payment can be immediately made. Should there be new channels open for payment, the TOS will be updated to include them.4. The client may pay the commission amount either in full or partial payment. The partial payment is 30% of the fixed amount and is will not exceed or decrease unless the latter is given with a clear and valid reason.ON COMMISSION REQUESTS
5. Commission requests may be classified into two types: personal and commercial. Personal requests are made solely for one's personal use and is not utilized for any promotion, advertisement, and other commercial purposes. These will follow the same standard pricing as listed in the commission page.Commercial requests are requests made for the purpose of utilizing the artwork in promotion, advertisement, or any other commercial related activity. Commercial requests will have a markup of 30% from the total base price and additions (if included).6. Updates on the commission request are given to the client every other day after the date of transaction. Updates may take on the form of screenshots or text descriptions. Clients may also initiate in asking for updates from the artist, but should be informed that the artist may not reply immediately to their inquiry.ON MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
7. An official Memorandum of Agreement (hereby referred to as 'MOA') between the artist and the client will be generated upon agreement of the commission and transaction has been made. The MOA is the official written agreement that ensures both client and artist abide by the terms. Violations to the MOA will be subject to non-acceptance of future requests and other further action if found to be necessary.8. The MOA includes provisions for the uploading or posting of the commissioned artwork. Posting or uploading of commissioned artworks should ALWAYS at least include the name of the artist in its caption / description / text. Link to the commissions page or artist's social media profile is appreciated. If the client does not comply to this term, future requests may not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY OF THE ARTISTRefunds to the commission request may be done, only under the following circumstances and for other valid reasons thereof:1. The client has not yet been informed by the artist that the commission has been initiated already.2. The artist terminates the commission request of the client within a good and valid reason (e.g. can no longer accommodate commission requests, other prior commitments that may result in many delays, etc.).3. The client is dissatisfied with the finished artwork within a good and valid reason (e.g. did not properly follow the request).4. The artist is unable to meet the set deadline.
